About Our Online Store

Team SHOPAGO strives and works toward providing quality products to their customer @ wholesale rates.
Customers don’t need to buy in wholesale quantity…. there is no MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). They shall get a single product at wholesale rate.

The Year 2014

It was the year 2014 when we two members decided to do something creative in the Fashion World.

So we identified a product which is close to our heart, Bengal Handloom Sarees. These we bought from local taanti’s(local weavers) got them modelled and starting selling on e-commerce websites.

The Year 2015

By the year 2015 we had got knowledge about selling on e-commerce platform and decided to expand. Thereby started our research on other fashion wear with a cap of being interested only on ladies’ wear…. gents wear excluded.

The Year 2016

We started our first sale by purchasing from wholesalers and selling only among family members and friends. This was a pilot run to ascertain the quality of the products that the wholesalers sold us.

The experience…. some Good…. some Not So Good….and so on.

At end of the year we formed a what’s app group and started formal selling.

The Year 2017

This year we have been successful in adding a huge variety in our portfolio.

From ladies’ ethnic wear we started researching and adding various products…. the broad categories listed below

 Western Wear
 Accessories
 Leather Products
 Kids Wear
 Home & Living
 Cosmetics
We also realized that selling on what’s app in the long run shall not be feasible and decided to go ahead and launch our own website.

The Year 2018

The website is being launched.

Shall look forward to all our customers and vendors to continue providing the same support and co-operation in making our new venture a successful one.

The Road Ahead

Team SHOPAGO shall further on be venturing out in providing varied products from interiors of India.

These shall mostly be comprising of varied products from rural India’s artisans who have lost their identity.

This will be a step to digitize Rural India and also improve the lives of our poor artisans.
